My Name is Annika and I come from the UK. I did a degree in London called “Human Sciences”, meaning I’m very keen on knowing everything about the human body, mind, behaviour and culture.

Particularly I’m trained in a lot of public health, health psychology, behaviour change and current research on disease mechanisms (for example I did projects in Alzheimer’s and depression’s link to inflammation). I love learning about the mind- body link. I wish to share my knowledge and also learn more.
