Dr. Mila finished BS Chemistry at the University of the Philippines Diliman, and pursued her medical degree at the UERM College of Medicine. She is a radiologist-sonologist and a holistic medicine advocate.

She is an educator and gives health empowering seminars and retreats. She is also a certified Plant Based Professional, certified by Rouxbe Culinary School.

Dr Dilip Kumar, esteemed and professionally certified psychotherapist and doctor in natural medicine with a doctorate and Ph.D in naturopathy, certified member of multiple multinational organizations such as the National Board of professional and Ethical standards Hypnosis Education and Certification (USA) and registered trainer with the Ministry of Human Resource (HDRF Scheme) for stress management.

He also holds a diploma in yoga teaching, yoga psychology. He is also a certified clinical hypnotist and a laughter therapy coach.
